I’m deeply saddened by the loss of my Uncle Marc! I’m grateful that I was able to see him around Christmas time 2017 at my sisters home. I remember giving him a firm handshake, a great big hug telling him that I loved him and I told him that he was my favorite Uncle! Ever since I was a child and over the years throughout my life, Because growing up in my family household was unique and very challenging, I remember that my Uncle Marc was always cool, fun, funny, serious and was always there for me if and when I needed to talk. Was always excited to see him, talk hear his stories and jokes. Yes indeed, my uncle, Marc Davilo was truly a great man in every sense!!!!!! I will sadly miss him!

I had the honor of working with Marc in his second career at the high school. We were both there when the school first opened. For almost 20 years I had the privilege to laugh with and learn from Marc each day. Marc was unique, especially in a school setting. So many great stories have Marc at the center. He was the tough ex-cop who was both loved and respected by students and staff alike. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He'll be missed but never forgotten.
