To Carol's family

Carol and I talked every year at Christmas time, but I was unable to call last Christmas and now it is too late. Except to say Carol was my friend all through high school and we were pregnant about the same time and shared maternity clothes. She was my sweet wonderful girl friend. I have had a note on my desk for months because I could not get through to her phone numbers. I had the idea the other day to check the obituaries and then I finally found her. I will always have a place in my heart for her....a very special place. I loved her friendship. I have been living in Florida for the last 21 years. She told me about Don's passing and that was sad too as he was also a friend since high school.
