Obituary of Frank Engels

Frank P. Engels Age 80. Monday, March 24, 2008 at his late residence. Born in Cook County, he moved to Joliet in 1999. He married Florence B. Mertz on October 22, 1949 in Chicago. A WWII U.S. Army Veteran. Preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Florence B. (nee Mertz) Engels (Feb. 2006). Survived by his brother, Anthony "Bud" Engels and niece, Diane Engles both of Bloomingdale, IL. Funeral Services for Frank P. Engels were held on Friday, March 28, 2008 at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery where full military honors were conducted. No visitation. Arrangements by: FRED C.
