Obituary of Terrence Dean Hartley

Terrence Dean “Terry” Hartley, age 66, of Joliet, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.

Born January 23, 1953 in Joliet, he was the son of Donald and Esther (nee Hady) Hartley.  Terry worked as a press operator and in various other capacities for Peterson Manufacturing, Plainfield.

A good parent and a good provider, he taught his son many valuable life lessons.  He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Surviving are his devoted son, Jason Hartley of Joliet; one brother, Richard Hartley; two sisters, Donna Kijowski and Christine (Rich) Pucel Hartley; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Lucille and Rose; and a brother, Dennis.

Cremation rites have been accorded and services will be private.
