Obituary of Bonnie Feeney

Bonnie Mae Feeney (nee Harris) Age 77. Passed away Friday, December 9, 2011 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Bonnie was a 1952 graduate of Ottawa High School, raised her family, and later worked in several positions, retiring from Sponge Cushion Inc. of Morris. She loved her garden, working jigsaw puzzles, bowling, and following all the Chicago sports teams. Preceded by her husband, William P. Feeney, Jr.; her parents, Ralph and Ruby (Sherrill) Harris; three brothers, Richard, Ralph (Ben) and Charles Harris; three sisters, Betty Schmitz, Mary Jessen and Barbara Highland. Survived by two sons, Steven Feeney of Corpus Christi, TX and Brian (Colleen) Feeney of Morris; two daughters, Lisa Feeney of Woodruff, SC and Mary Francis Feeney of Morris; her beloved grandchildren, Chad (Kelly) Cook of Anchorage, AK serving in Afghanistan, Shawna (Jay) Latarewicz of Joliet, Katie (Todd) Kindelspire-Sims of Chatanooga, TN, Sean Feeney of Houston, TX, Kayla Feeney of Chicago, Justin Feeney of Hawaii, and Matthew Feeney of Morris; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Frances June Klatchko of Streator, and Helen Alaimo of Seneca; and one brother, James Harris of Princeton. Memorial services for Bonnie Mae Feeney will be Monday, December 12, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Private Inurnment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Minooka.
