Obituary of Leonard Felker

Felker, Leonard J. "Len" Age 87 of Plainfield, IL. At rest December 6, 2011 at the Joliet Area Hospice House. He was born March 28, 1924 in Chicago, IL to the late Emmett and Rose (nee McGrath) Felker. He is survived by his children Joseph and Milissa "Missy" (Gordon Ferguson Jr.) Felker; sisters-in-law, Mary Clair and Loudine Clair; and several nieces and nephews. Leonard was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Gloria (nee Clair); brother Thomas and one brother in infancy. He was an avid Cubs fan and could always be found wearing his Cubs hat. Member of St. Mary Immaculate Knights of Columbus Chapter #5573. The Felker Family would like to thank Dad's close neighbors for their help and frequent visits. Funeral Services for Leonard J. Felker will be Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 8:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment St. Mary Immaculate Cemetery.
