Age 22, died tragically May 25, 2019 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born March 21, 1997 in Newport News, Virginia to Jennifer (Fritzlo) and Evan Hoard. Austin was raised in Joliet/Plainfield, a graduate of Plainfield Central High School with the class of 2015.
Beloved son of Evan and Jennifer; loving brother of Jillian and Ian. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Philip Fritzlo and Nancy (Daniel) Anderson.
Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents.
Austin was a reservist with the U.S. Army and a skilled auto tech with Pugi VW in Downers Grove, IL. He will be remembered fondly as possessing an adventurous spirit, many friendships he cherished, and an outspoken personality. He would help whoever, whenever and although we mourn his short life, we take comfort in knowing he lived his 22 years to the fullest.
