Audrey Taylor Montgomery

Age 9, of Joliet, IL, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019, after a brave and valiant battle against a rare disorder, at the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago, IL.  She was born September 26, 2009 in Joliet, the daughter of Angel O’Brien and Darius Montgomery.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her parents; three brothers, Elisha, Matthew and Zi-Air; as well as a host of close family members and friends.

Some of Audrey’s hobbies included cheerleading, dancing, drawing, painting, softball and her favorite, swimming.  Always curious and eager to learn, she loved to read and watch YouTube videos about trending dance moves as well as arts & crafts.  She was also an animal lover, especially cats, dogs and hamsters.

Audrey will be remembered fondly by her loved ones as a beautiful, bright, energetic and kind young lady.

Visitation for Audrey Taylor Montgomery will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Services at 1:30 p.m., at the Fred C.
