Obituary of Albert Fischer

Albert J. Fischer Age 58. Succumbed to cancer on Thursday, August 13, 2009. A graduate of Joliet Central High School and Joliet Junior College. A United States Air Force veteran and Purple Heart recipient for his service in Vietnam. He worked at Citgo refinery for 23 years, and was employed with PACE for the past nine years. Survived by his children, Nicholas (Katie) Fischer and Kerby Fischer; one granddaughter, Keira Fischer; one brother and one sister. Preceded in death by his parents. Visitation for Albert J. Fischer will be held on Monday, August 17, 2009 from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Arrangements by: FRED C.
