There was a time when the Donovans would come to Grandpa Ed's in New Lisbon, WI, summers until the older ones started getting summer jobs,and the visits were less often. The BEST memories for me of Pete (who was 10 yrs older) were at mealtimes, when the adults ate in the big dining room & we cousins, (the "kids") all gathered around the big table in the kitchen. How lucky to be eating with Pete because he sure made it a fun time. Regardless of our ages he had us laughing almost continuously. I like to think he is having a great family reunion, and heaven is filled with laughter!! Pete was a very special guy!
