Obituary of Robert Milashus, Sr.

Robert Milashus, Sr., age 68, of St. James City, FL and formerly of Mercer, WI and Plainfield, IL, passed away Tuesday October 8, 2019.  He was born in Chicago, IL.

Bob was a proud member of Local #597 and worked as a pipefitter for Advance Mechanical systems.

He loved fishing and hunting, but most enjoyed spending time with his family.

Surviving are his beloved wife, Sharon Milashus; daughter, Deborah (Adam) Huff; sons, Robert Milashus, Jr. and Scott Milashus. He was the proud grandfather of Adam Huff, Jr., Max and Ava Milashus. Also surviving are his brothers, Mike Milashus,  Jim (Ruth) Milashus, Jeff (Kris) Milashus, sister-in-law, Kim Milashus as well as several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Paul Milashus.

All friends and relatives are invited to join the Milashus family in celebrating Bob’s life on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Roads, Joliet.  As it was Bob’s wish cremation rites have been accorded.
