Esther was a great friend as well as a 2nd mother to me when my own passed away.... I loved visiting with her, camping with her and Bob, We shared many many hours of conversations, when my mind was heavy with problems, she was a great listener, and she supported me in what ever decisions i made, whether good or bad...
She was also an excellent cook, i loved eating what she prepared, oh and her collection of cookbooks was to die for.... she had many and knew which recipes were in what book....
I lost a great friend, a confidante, but i am thankful for God for making sure our paths crossed when they did... Go in peace my friend, you will be sorely missed by a lot of people, me especially.........
