Obituary of Frances Foster

Frances L. (Doty) Foster (nee Bartley) Age 74. Monday, January 10, 2011 at Deerbrook Care Centre. Born in Tompkinsville, KY and a long time Joliet area resident. Retired after over 20 years of service as a hardworking waitress at the Skylark Restaurant. Preceded in death by her son, Roger Doty (2004); her first husband, Floyd Doty; her second husband, Charles J. Foster; parents Clive and Eva Bartley; two brothers Randall and Roy Bartley. Survived by one son, Richard (Julie) Doty of Joliet; two daughters, Cheryl Doty (Steve Mays) of Godley, IL. and Crystal Doty (Duane Gremar) of Coal City, IL. Joliet; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; three sisters, Jolena (late Earl) Doty of Kentucky, Betty (Leroy) Harding of Tuscola, IL and Janet Bartley of Tuscola; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Services for Frances L. Foster will be held Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery.
