Rose Callese

Obituary of Rose M. Callese

Age 59, of Wilmington, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020, at her home. She was born May 30, 1960, in Chicago, the daughter of the late Albert and Bernice (Hendee) Callese.

Rose was very creative and even earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, but she dedicated much of her time as an EMT. She always had a way to make anyone laugh and was a loving and supportive friend to anyone who needed it. She enjoyed music, arts and crafts, fishing, gardening, watching scary movies and hunting for treasures at thrift stores. Rose was a wonderful cook who enjoyed cooking authentic Italian food and baking cakes. As hard-working and talented as she was, Rose cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren the most.

Survived by her loving children and stepchildren, Jason (Brianna) Feldman, Mike (Rebecca) Feldman, Brian (Renette) Feldman and Jerry (Kathleen) Feldman; grandchildren, Jayson, Lilybeth, Isabella, Dalila, Taylor, Connor, Skylor, Margaret and Helen; two sisters, Lucy Arizzi and Dawn Hinrichs; two brothers, Albert Callese and Mark Blankenship; many nieces and nephews; dear loved ones, Angie and Mike Howe; special friends, the Gabrys family, Deb Anderson and Kerry Urso.

Preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Renee Feldman; granddaughter, Alexa Feldman; brother, Louie Callese, and sister, Margaret Dalto.

Funeral Services were held Privately. Arrangements under the care and direction of the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 1201 W. Rt. 6 (at Deerpath Dr.), Morris.
