Obituary of Karen J. Steinquist

Of Joliet, formerly of Shorewood, passed away at the age of 70 on Friday, January 31, 2020, at Joliet Area Community Hospice. She was born on January 3, 1950, to the union of Robert and Jean (nee Eichelberger) Grey. Karen was a graduate of Joliet Central High School. 

Karen is survived by her son, Jon Steinquist; grandchildren, Kyle and Cheyenne Steinquist; great-grandchild, Sylis Steinquist; and siblings, Janice (Maurice) Pollard and Robert (Jill) Grey. Nieces and nephews also survive.

She is preceded by her children, Billy, Krystal, and Heather Steinquist; and her parents.
 
Funeral Services for Karen J. Steinquist will be held privately for the family. Arrangements have been handled under the care and guidance of the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd.
