Earlene M. Wolfgong

Earlene Mary Wolfgong, age 81, of Morris, and formerly of Pennsylvania and Oklahoma, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020 at Rush-Copley Medical Center, Aurora, IL.

Earlene was born August 7, 1938 in Pennsylvania, to Roy and Iva Schreckengost.  She married Charles W. Wolfgong and he passed away July 25, 2009.  One daughter, Debra Wolfgong, and one son, Randy Charles Wolfgong, also preceded her in death.

A loving and caring woman, Earlene always put the needs of her children and grandchildren before her own.  She loved to play bingo and will be remembered for her homemade bread and pizza.

Surviving are two daughters, Wanda Valentine of Morris, and Pam (Dave) Irish of State College, PA; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ruth, Diane and Marge; three brothers, Glenn, Denny and Jimmy; and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of Life for Earlene will be private.  Burial of her urn with her late husband will be in Erie, PA.
