Obituary of Elettra L. Denoyer
Age 53, of Plainfield, IL passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at Amita Health St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, IL after a two year battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Elettra was born May 30, 1966, to Maria (nee Razzaboni) and Clyde Roussin in St. Louis, MO where she was raised and educated.
She is survived by her daughter, Skylar DeNoyer (born 2000); son, Zachary DeNoyer (born 2003); father, Clyde Roussin; brother, John Roussin; and niece Lindsay Roussin. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive within the United States and Italy.
Elettra is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Roussin.
Elettra was employed by various companies for bookkeeping work but was a stay at home mother for nearly 12 years. Her hobbies included cooking, taking care of her children and animals, going horseback riding, traveling, going to the gun range, and overall being the most involved mother she could be.
She will be remembered fondly by her family and friends as a confidant, a source of humor, a coach, a cheerleader, a best friend, and someone you could always count on.
As it was Elettra’s wish, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no private or public services. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name can be made to Skylar and Zachary DeNoyer.
