Obituary of Tina Frigo

Tina M. Frigo (Nee Formenti) At rest peacefully October 20, 2010 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center following a four year strong and courageous battle with breast cancer, with her family and friends at her side. Born in Joliet to Barbara (nee Larsen) and the late George Formenti Jr. (April 5, 1993), she was a lifelong resident. Member of the Women of the Moose Joliet Lodge since 1994. Tina loved the outdoors, campfires, fishing, cooking, baking and sewing. Her friends and family were most important. Devoted wife of Francis M. Frigo, united in marriage November 11, 1978; loving mother of Heather L. Frigo and Brandon M. Frigo; dear sister of Linda Walls, George Formenti III and Rick Formenti; her canine companion, Larry; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews also survive. Special thanks to Dr. Ellen Gustafson and the staff of JOHA and all those who cared for her at Provena Saint Joseph, especially Lisa. Funeral Services for Tina M. Frigo will be Monday October 25, 2010 at 10:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Patrick Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Lockport.
