Obituary of Anna Tripoli

Age 79, from Hemet, CA, originally from Bagheria, Italy, passed away on September 28, 2020, after a brave battle with cancer. 

Preceded in death by her mother, Benedetta (nee Giangrasso) and her father Giuseppe Lima. She was a devoted wife to the late Giacomo Tripoli.

Loving mother to Rosa (Frank Demski), Vince (Maria Provvi), Francesca (Gianfranco Giurasi). She was a loving grandmother “Nonna” to Frank (Kelly) Demski III, Michael Demski, Nicholas Demski, Julia Demski, Cristina (Jordan Furlow) Giurasi, and Gianluca Giurasi; and an adoring great-grandma “Nonnina” to Aiden Demski and little Scarlett Furlow.

Anna was a devoted friend to many, a loving sister to her siblings, and aunt to many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.

Anna lived a full and beautiful life and died peacefully surrounded by all her children and close friends. She now rests in peace in the hands of the Lord. 

Visitation for Anna Tripoli will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. until services begin at 11:00 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.), Joliet. Face coverings and social distancing are required and capacity limits will be observed. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville, next to her husband, Giacomo.
