My sincere condolences to the entire family of Mrs. Lukancic. I did not know her personally, but being a lifelong parishioner at St. Ambrose, and with other family members affiliated with St. Joe's and St. Anne's Parish, I often had the pleasure of listening to her gift of voice. Even today, upon hearing certain songs at Mass or a funeral, I am often reminded of the interpretation that Mrs. Lukancic would have offered. She was truly blessed. I hope there are ample recordings available that will allow her legacy to continue to be enjoyed by others. Peace and comfort to all!
