We are still in shock of the passing of Gil, he was such a nice person and neighbor. We live directly across the street from him so we saw him often. We especially loved watching him with Deb....he took great pride in holding her hand when they walked together. He always waved or smiled at us no matter the time of day. He cracked us up when he'd turn up his music in the garage while he worked on his car or bike. We will miss him greatly! Please let us know that if there is anything we can help out with. Our deepest condolences to Deb and Jennifer and prayers for the entire family....we are thinking of all of you during this time.

Deb, Jennifer and Family,
Our family’s thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Deb you and Gil have meant so much to us as neighbors over the past several years. You guys are the definition of what neighbors should be. Gil was there every time I needed a tool, which I’m sure was way more often than either of you thought was possible. Always there to help with a project or get one of our kids legs unstuck after a bike riding lesson mishap. Everything done out of the kindness of his heart and never an expectation of anything in return. We will certainly miss those warm spring and summer days when Gil would have the garage open playing music that would make any classic rock station DJ jealous!!! We will forever remember when Gil was working and would leave the house early each morning. Without fail, you would hear the truck start each day and as it would pull away Deb would send Gil off with a flash of the porch lights. Deb our hope is that Gil and you know how important you are to us and how much we appreciate you. Please know we are here for you with whatever you may need. Please make sure we get you our contact numbers so you can call us for whatever, whenever.

Dear Deb and Jennie,
I just learned of Gil's passing. We've been neighbors for 15 years and I enjoyed my conversations with Gil. I am shocked and saddened by his sudden passing. Gil was a great man who was very kind and generous to me and my family. Please let me know if there is anything we can do. We are sending our thoughts and prayers to you and the family.
