My deepest condolences to the entire Zackavec family. I grew up with Jimmy going all the way back to 1st grade at Berger Vandenberg. Even back then he was such a sweetheart. I can see that carried through in his adult life. May he rest in peace.

Jim you were always larger than life, it's so hard for me to believe you're really gone. So many memories of you keep going through my head. You were such a good friend to me and always had my back. I will miss you dearly, but I'm so very glad that you're not in pain any longer. You fought harder than anyone else in your position would have. Peace to you my friend, until we meet again.

Jimmy you were like a son to me. Always with us on our outings. I remember going downtown & you wore bright green (chartreuse) socks. You sure were styling! I’ll miss our talks & your good heart!

I remember I was with hannah at their house. And her dad got a ticket out of state and had to take a class online for driving safety. I helped him with the class and we all messed around until the class was passed. He was a great man and loved to laugh. Whenever I think about him, I think of smiling and laughing.
