Jazmin Alyssa Camacho

 

Jazmin Alyssa Camacho, age 31, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at her residence, surrounded by the love of her family.  Jazmin was born in Milwaukee, WI on June 15, 1989, the daughter of Jose A. Camacho and Mirtia Gonzales.  She was a graduate of Foreman High School in Chicago, IL. Always keeping active, Jazmin was involved in cheerleading, basketball, volleyball, played the trumpet in the band, sing karaoke, and loved to dance.  She was always happy and was rarely seen without a smile on her face.  She kept a positive outlook on life and loved her family more than anything.

 

Jazmin is survived by her parents, Jose A. Camacho and Mirtia Gonzales; her siblings, Pablo Estrada, Nina Gonzales, and Jose Camacho, Jr.; as well as nephews, Isaac, Nikolas, and Julian Estrada, and Elijah Gonzales.

 

Visitation for Jazmin Alyssa Camacho will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.), Joliet, IL. In accordance with the Illinois guidelines, face masks are required and social distancing will be observed. 

The family has requested to live stream the services of their loved one on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at 12:30 p.m.  Please click on this link (https://youtu.be/MmnY3_DpU3c)  and follow the instructions to show your support for them at a time when you cannot be physically present, but your thoughts, prayers, and connection are.  Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
