Keli Ann Hollis
Age 63, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021, peacefully at home. She was born on March 19, 1958 in Evergreen Park to Donald and Sandra (Skora) Spankie. Keli was raised in Chicago and attended Curie High School, graduating with the class of 1976. She was employed by First Student as a school bus trainer and driver for the past 13 years. Keli loved gardening, vintage antiquing and traveling to South Haven, MI.
Keli is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Steven Hollis of Shorewood; her children, David (Rebecca) Souliotis of Mokena, Karie (fiancé Justin) Smaciarz of Crest Hill, Olivia (Kyle) Hollis of Missoula, MT and Matthew Hollis of Shorewood; grandchildren, Breanna, Scarlett and David Souliotis; her mother, Sandra Spankie of Oswego; uncle, Tom (Rorry) Skora of Dekalb; sister, Kimberly (Mark) Lapinski of FL; and her nephews, Jack and Grant Lapinski, Jason (Ashley) Romano; nieces, Melissa Vukelic, Sienna Hollis and Ruth (Mohammad) Ibraham; numerous cousins and dear friends.
Visitation for Keli Ann Hollis will be Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. Funeral Services will be Monday, April 12, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be held privately by the family.
