Barbara A. Pennington
(nee Lipinski)

Barbara A. Pennington, age 82, passed away peacefully, on April 18, 2021, at Joliet Area Community Hospice.  Barbara was born in Chicago, IL, on January 28, 1939.  She worked for many years as the Secretary for the Village of Marionette Park.  

Barbara was a loving and generous woman who donated her time making blankets for infants at St. Joseph Medical Center.  In her free time, she enjoyed being on the golf course, playing bridge and bunco with her friends, traveling, and a good glass of wine.  Barbara loved her dogs and enjoyed spending time with the friends she made at The Carillon.  She will be missed by all who loved her. 

Funeral Services for Barbara A. Pennington were held privately by the family at Evergreen Cemetery in Evergreen Park, IL.
