Obituary of Michael J. Camis Sr.

Age 71 of Joliet, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Amita Health St. Joseph Medical Center.  Mike was born in Berwyn, IL, the son of the late Lawrence and Shirley (Lehman) Camis.  He was formerly of Burbank, IL, residing in Joliet the past 19 years.

Surviving is his loving wife of 52 years, Katherine (Peterson) Camis of Joliet; his son, Michael (Pamela) Camis Jr., of Plainfield; his daughter, Tammy (Joe) Zeko; four grandchildren, Michael Camis III, Timothy Camis, Joseph Zeko and Steven Zeko; and his great-grandson, Michael Camis IV.

Funeral Services for Michael J. Camis Sr. were held privately by the family.
