Obituary of Emmett Grewenig

Emmett F. Grewenig Age 94. Passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home. Born in Joliet and a lifetime resident. Retired from ComEd after 38 years of service. Parishioner of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor (nee Ovington) Grewenig; parents, Fred and Emma (nee Patch) Grewenig. Survived by his son, Thomas (Kathleen) Grewenig of Lady's Island, SC; and his cousin and close friend, Joyce (the late John) Helis of Joliet. Funeral services for Emmett F. Grewenig will be Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home, 1201 Wyoming Avenue, Joliet. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
