Obituary of Tiara Monique Harris

“The song has ended but the melody lives on”.  Tiara Monique Harris, age 26, of Joliet, passed away on October 3, 2021.  Tiara was born in Joliet where she resided all her life.  She was a graduate of Joliet Township High School, Class of 2013.  Tiara also attended the Inspiration Kitchen Culinary Art Program receiving her certificate in 2016.  Her favorite activities included cooking, singing, dancing, laughing, and drawing.  Some of her favorites included seafood scallops, pizza, horror movies, the color blue and her dream place to visit was Jamaica.  Tiara had a very vocal character, she was a loving, optimistic, ambitious young woman, bold and brave in spirit.

Surviving are her children, Aniyah and Noah Christopher, Mellony, Chasity and Chase Woods; parents, Robert and Mellony (Bracey) Harris; her sister, Jasmine Harris; grandparents, Ronald and Linda Harris.

Private funeral services were held by the family. 

Tiara, until we meet again, we think about you always, we talk about you still, you have never been forgotten and never will.  We hold you close with our hearts, and there you will.  Always remain to walk and guide us through our lives….until we meet again.
