Mary Jane Weber

Mary Jane Weber, age 91, of Coal City, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at Lightways Hospice, Joliet.

Born June 3, 1930, in Peoria, IL, she was a graduate of Streator High School, Class of 1948.  Mary Jane was a homemaker while raising her family, and later learned floral design and worked for Labo's Flowers and Gifts for many years.

She enjoyed spending time with her husband and family at the CECO Recreation Club, gardening, and cooking, and will be remembered for her excellent cooking skills.

Survived by her loving children, Anthony (Boe) Weber of Joliet, IL, John (Lynn) Weber of Cedar Rapids, IA, Joseph (Christine) Weber of Streator, IL, Margaret Humbracht of Decatur, IL and Jeanne (Scott) McLeod of Albuquerque, NM.; 15 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded by her beloved husband, Donald F. “Frank” Weber (July 15, 2014); a daughter, Catherine (John) VanLier, and her parents.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association would be greatly appreciated.
