Dr. Anthony J. Guerrero M.D.
Age 39. Suddenly Friday, February 27, 2009. Born in Joliet and a lifelong resident. Graduate of Joliet Catholic High School, University of Illinois at Chicago and University of Illinois Medical School. Served his residency at University of Illinois and Rush Presbyterian St. Luke Medical Centers. Currently employed by RSA Medical in Naperville. Anthony thoroughly enjoyed spending time with family, friends and was affectionately known for his big heart.
Survived by his mother, Mary (Oscar) Bertolini of Joliet; father, Carlos Guerrero of Texas; two brothers, Carl Guerrero of Joliet and Pete (Rhonda) Figueroa of Plainfield; grandson of Irma Chiappino and Trini Guerrero; two uncles, Dr. Jerry (Linda) and Ed (Deb) Bertolini. Several cousins also survive.
Preceded by his grandpas Bertolini, Chiappino and Guerrero; cousin, Julie Bertolini.
Funeral services for Dr. Anthony J. Guerrero M.D. will be Wednesday, March 4, 2009, 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
