Obituary of Lawrence Albert Litwicki
Lawrence A. Litwicki of Crest Hill, IL passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 at Amita Health St. Joseph Medical Center. He was born in Joliet and was a lifelong area resident.
Larry was a proud Veteran of the United States Army during the Vietnam War and he was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He then served in the National Guard. Larry retired from Alumax following many years of service. He was an avid fisherman.
Survived by his loving wife, Lynn (Spencer) Litwicki of Crest Hill; his miracle daughter, Dorothy Lynn Litwicki of Crest Hill; 2 grandchildren, Ivilynn Rose and Jordan David Litwicki; numerous extended family, relatives and friends also survive.
Visitation for Lawrence A. Litwicki will be Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.), Joliet from 9:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery where military honors will be conducted under the direction of the U.S. Army.
