Betty was truly one of a kind. She was always putting others first and doing everything in her power to make sure her family and loved ones were safe, happy, and healthy. She went above and beyond with being an amazing mother and grandmother. Growing up Betty really had a passion for singing; she even had her own band that she sang with when she was a teen. Singing and music continued to be a great part of her life. Her favorite things to do were going to the local library and Barnes & Noble because she loved to read. She also enjoyed a nice night of going out to eat, bowling, and to the movie theater or staying home to watch The Andy Griffith Show or “her man” Denzel Washington in the movie The Equalizer. She also was Lebron James’s biggest fan and truly enjoyed watching him play basketball.
