I'll miss Marlene's smiling face and level headedness. She was more like a sister than a sister-in-law to me. She can now reunite with her husbands Rich and Ed, son Jimmy, her brothers Bob,Tom and Alvin, and her parents. I'm sorry that Marlene is gone, but comforted in the fact that she is not in pain or suffering any longer, and can finally be at peace with the Lord. May God bless and welcome her.

I really miss seeing Aunt Marlene at Grandmas house on the weekends growing up. I guess it's something you don't really think that much about at the time. Marlene was such a sweet humble, giving person who always had good advice and a level head about things. I'll miss playing cards at Grandmas house with Marlene and Aunt Katie when she would come to visit Grandma. Growing up we all piled in to Grandmas on Sundays for coffee, even though everyone teased her about her coffee, especially Uncle Bob and my dad.Sleep with the Angels and reunite with Rich, Jimmy and Ed now
May God welcome and bless you always..

I first met Marlene in 1999 when I moved to Joliet, and although I didn't know her very well, she came across as a warm and kind person. She will be missed. Rest in Peace, Marlene.

Oh Mommy I will miss you so much! There was a time in my life that you were more of a mother to me than my own. Some of my best memories are of us going for soupy on Friday nights and laughing together and simply feeling loved. You taught me to be strong and courageous. You were the best grandma my girls could have. Rest easy now Mommy and be back with Jim. I love you.

Marlene was my godmother and a wonderful aunt. She was like a second mother to me. She was always kind and humble. She would give you the shirt off her back. Rest In Peace amongst the angels and your loving brothers.
