Obituary of Beverly Haberkorn
Beverly A. Haberkorn
(nee Lusciatti)
Age 65. Thursday, December 9, 2010 at her residence. Born in Joliet. The Lord saw she was tired and said, "Come take my hand and follow me." Beverly fought a courageous battle with breast cancer two times over four years.
Beverly is survived by her loving caregiver and husband, Leonard, of 37 years; four children, Steven, John, Thomas (Cathy) Haberkorn all of Joliet, and Lori (Pasquale) D'Amico of Arizona; two sisters, Janet (Rob deceased) Grenchek of New Lenox, and Carol (Anthony) Fazio of Homer Glen; four brothers-in-law, Howard (Tommie) Haberkorn of TN, Douglas (Gayle) Haberkorn of FL, Louie Allen of AZ, and Kenneth Kirkland of Lockport; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Clara Lusciatti; her in-laws, Lester and Lillian Haberkorn; two brothers, Robert (Virginia) Lusciatti and Richard (Christina) Lusciatti; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Sheila Haberkorn, Shirley Lusciatti, Nadine Allen, and Diane (Kenneth) Kirkland (Nov. 14, 2010); daughter-in-law, Debra Haberkorn (1997).
Beverly graduated from Lockport High School Class of 1963. Employed by the former Lockport Savings, Peoples Savings, Bob's Amoco, and Kinko Ace Hardware in Joliet from where she retired October 31, 2010 after 15 1/2 years of service.

Funeral Services for Beverly A. Haberkorn will be Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Joliet Area Community Hospice or the JOHA Foundation. Visitation Monday, 3-8 p.m. at:
