Obituary of Chadwin T. Moscato
Chadwin T. Moscato, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 34, on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at Amita St. Joseph Hospital. He was born in Joliet on May 20, 1987. He was a graduate of Joliet West High School and took graphic design classes at Joliet Junior College. He enjoyed playing hockey, the guitar and was a very creative individual. Chad loved being outdoors, spending time with his extended family boating, traveling, holidays, and just hanging out. He cherished the time he spent with his brothers, sister, mom, dad, uncles, aunts, cousins, and close friends. He was very close to his brothers and sister, spending a lot of his time working on cars and various projects with them. Chad had a big heart, he loved all the people in his life along with the animals, especially his dog Kiera who will surely miss him. He had a work ethic that was instilled in him at an early age. Chad will leave a void in the heart of all who loved him.
Chad is survived by his parents, Charles and Diane (nee Hoffmeyer) Moscato; his brothers, Brandon Moscato and Justin (Brooke) Moscato; and his adorable niece, Isabelle. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends also survive.
He is preceded by his paternal and maternal grandparents; and one uncle, Dana Cervak.
Visitation for Chadwin T. Moscato will be held on Sunday, February 20, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 5:00 p.m., at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.), Joliet, IL. As it was his request, cremation rites will be accorded following services.
