I offer my most sincere condolences to Karen's beloved family. When I started in the ER at Silver on the midnight shift , it was Karen who was chosen to be my preceptor. I was extremely fortunate and grateful to have dear Karen to show me the ropes as her orientee !!! She was kind and patient , she knew her "stuff" as an ER Tech ; she was very skilled at her job and I was honored to have her by my side helping me every step of the way. I liked her from the beginning , she remained one of my favorite co-workers throughout my years in the ER ! She was down to earth , sweet and considerate.Everyone in the ER loved her , her smile could light up a room and her laughter was so joyous. I looked forward to coming to work and seeing her , I knew no matter what the shift would bring , it was a better day because of Karen !!! Gone too soon my friend , may our dear Lord hold you in His loving arms for all Eternity. So many good memories of you Karen , you will be missed. Rest in peace. Love , Lori

I was so sorry to hear of Karen's passing. We had a lot of fun times to remember growing up in MS. Karen, Sharon and I were together a lot over the summers. My heart goes out to Kathy, David and Jim and Karen's husband and family.
I love you all dear cousins. Take care of each other.
Love,
Nina

Hey mom,
I’m struggling for words, thank you for what you have done for me and Tony throughout our lives. Thank you for being there when we needed you the most. You were the best mom either of us could ask for. You have your wings and I know you are our angel watching over all of us. I’m sorry for the pain you went through. You fought hard, even though you were hurting your only concern was us. I love you and I miss you. Rest in piece now mom, god has you. And I have jack like I promised.
