Steve and I spent time together at St. Joe’s hospital before he tragically passed. Even in the short time I knew him he made a significant difference in my life. We were always the last ones still awake at the “program”. He made me smile, laugh, kept me company and funny enough taught me how to play solitaire. It felt like he was a grandfather to me and I think about him daily. I wish I could hear his laugh and see his smile again. I hope he is resting peacefully.
