Beatrice M. Hazer
(Nee Hayducak)
Age 68. At rest Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Joliet to the late Steve and Mary (Jandura) Hayducak. Raised in Decatur, MI and returning to Joliet to finish her high school years. Member of First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association. Beatrice was noted for her homemade coleslaw and pumpkin squares.
Survived by her loving husband of 48 years, James "Camel" Hazer of Joliet; sister-in-law of Mary Lou (Edward) Drysch, Bernadine Caldwell, Thomas (Dorothy) Hazer and Charlene (James) Rogers; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded by her parents and one sister, Mary in infancy.
Funeral services for Beatrice M. Hazer will be Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 10:15 from the funeral home to St. Ambrose Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment Ss. Cyril and Methodius Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Masses in her name or contributions to Joliet Area Community Hospice, St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Morning Star Mission would be appreciated.
