Obituary of D. Hedrick

Hedrick, D. Louise (nee Hines) Age 93. Passed away Sunday, January 23, 2011 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. She was a business woman in Joliet for over 50 years, and was a multimillion dollar sales woman with Bell Realty for over 30 years. Member of St. Peter Lutheran Church for many years, and their Richland Circle, Altar Guild and St. Peter's Seniors. She was also a former member of the DAR and King's Daughters, and was a long time volunteer at the Rialto Square Theater. Preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; two daughters, Dureen (late Clarence) Willard and Barbara Farrer; three brothers, Clyde, Carl and Ottis Hines; and one sister, Delcie Holmlin. Survived by her son, Russell (Mary) Hedrick; grandchildren, Leonard (Dorothy) Willard, Melissa (Michael) Koenig, Tom (Ronda) Farrer, Scott Farrer, David (late Kate) Farrer, Leonard Hedrick, Dorothy Jean (Bill) Porter, Holly Maitland, and Clifford (Kara) Hedrick; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, a special nephew, Carl (Phyllis) Hines; and great-niece, Andrea Hines. Funeral Services for D. Louise Hedrick will be Thursday, January 27, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 4-8 p.m. at: FRED C.
