Obituary of Rosemary Radigan

Rosemary Radigan

Age 72, of Morris, IL passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022.  A native of Springfield, IL, she retired in 2014, from Coders-Croklaan in Channahon where she worked in accounting for many years.

Rosie loved family and friends dearly. She had a smile and twinkling eyes that lit up a room. Her heart was filled with love for God and Jesus. She was always happy to fly off to another country or to Hawaii, which was always her favorite destination. She loved packing up and jumping in a car or truck to drive across country and camp. She always made new friends along the way. There will never be another Rosie. She was a true sweetheart; kind, loving, and faithful to her loved ones. Time and illness have stolen her away from us, but the sweet memories will carry on just as she will in heaven.

She is survived by her husband Tim, sisters, Rita Mudd and Sue Hudson; brothers, Terry and Rick Smith; three step-children, Chanda Radigan, Ginger Hollenbeck, and Benjamin Radigan as well as five grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, Rita (Mueller) and Harry Smith.

A Memorial Gathering to honor the life of Rosie will be Saturday, December 3, 2022, from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home 1201 W. Route 6 at Deerpath Drive in Morris. All friends and relatives are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Rosie's name can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

As it was Rosie's wish cremation rites have been accorded.
