Obituary of Charles D. Johnstone

Charles Johnstone, age 51, passed away at Ascension St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet on Friday, October 28, 2022 after a brief, but courageous battle with cancer.

Chuck is survived by his two children, son Dylan Johnstone and daughter Ashlee Johnstone; his mother Marilyn Caputo; his father Edward (Linda) Johnstone; siblings, Kimberly Nemec, Scott (Robbin) Johnstone, Brian (Carie) Johnstone, Matthew (Colleen) Caputo, MaryBeth Bartolotta, Christine Nelson, and Michelle (Carlos) Cruz; and numerous nieces and nephews.

As it was Chuck’s wish, cremation rites have been accorded.
