Obituary of Joseph Edward Hise
Joseph Edward Hise, age 49, of Joliet, and formerly of Cicero and Bolingbrook, passed away suddenly on July 30, 2023, in the Emergency Room at Ascension St. Joseph Medical Center.
Born February 21, 1974, in Berwyn, he was a graduate of J. Sterling Morton East High School. He worked as a production supervisor for Bunge Loders Croklaan, and was previously employed for many years as an assembly supervisor for Nascote Industries in Nashville, IL
A loving and caring husband, father and grandfather, he will be remembered for his passion for his family and for being a hard worker.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Sarah (Diedrick) Hise of Joliet; two daughters, Rebecca Joy Hise and Jessica Lynn Barr; one son, Zach Pullon; two grandchildren, Matthew and Catherine; his mother and step-father, Christine and William Strong; two sisters, Judie Owen and Lorraine Bruno; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Genevieve and Chester Wanta.
Visitation for Joseph Hise will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., with a Time of Sharing at 5:00 p.m., at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Road, Joliet. Cremation rites will be accorded following services and inurnment will be private.
