Age 53. At rest Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center, with her loving family at her side. Born in Joliet to the late Simon and Arlene (nee Beasley) Russell. A resident of the Elwood area for the past 23 years. Member of the Silver Cross Hospital Advisory Board, and St. Joseph Catholic Church in Manhattan. Paula cherished her time with her family and treasured the special time spent with her grandchildren.
Survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Albert M. Hoehn of Elwood; beloved mother of Christina ( Andrew) Doyle of Manhattan and Philip (Jennifer) Resendiz of Plainfield; treasured Nana of Caitlin and Emma Doyle; Janaye, Tyler, Madesyn and Avery Resendiz; dear sister of Brenda Johnson of Shorewood, Dennis (Laurie) Russell of Geneva, IL, Cheryl Goodenough, Linda Lambdin, Rich Johnson, Kim Marks and Mike Johnson; her faithful friend, PeeWee; numerous nieces and nephews including Jonathon "Jason" Johnson also survive.
Paula M. Hoehn will Lie in State on Monday, August 13, 2007 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 235 W. North Street, Manhattan, IL 60442 from 9:00 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., Fr. Daniel Hoehn celebrant. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Memorials in her name to the Ronald McDonald House, Tripp Avenue at Air Mail Rd., Hines, IL 60141 would be appreciated. Visitation Sunday 2-8 p.m. at:
