I was one of Dave’s EMT instructors at Wilco Area Career Center. Dave was a great student and a wonderful person. I had a saying for some of my favorite students who always worked hard and showed a real interest in EMS and it was “I wish I had a hundred students like him.” Dave was one of those. I’m so shocked and saddened to hear of his death and not surprised to hear of his organ and tissue donation. I can only convey my heartfelt condolences to his wife, parents and family for this horrible loss.
