Ronald A. Rudnicki

Age 82, of Yorkville, IL, and formerly of South Chicago, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023, at the home of his son in Morris, IL.

He was born December 21, 1940, to the late Josephine and Michael Rudnicki in Chicago where he was raised and educated and a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School.

He is survived by his loving son, James (Kimberly) Rudnicki; grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Jordan, and Jacob; great-granddaughter, Penelope; and his sister, Sharon (Daniel V.) Grzyb; nephew, Daniel (Kelly) Grzyb, and their children, Katelyn, Lauren, and Chloe.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his niece, Amy Grzyb.

Ron spent most of his career as a computer programmer at Cosmetique Inc, in Vernon Hills, IL, from which he retired. 

He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing, and hiking with his family. One of his proudest moments was earning his pilot’s license.

The love he had for his family will always be remembered. In accordance with Ron’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded, and no public service will be held.
