Obituary of Elmer Holzkopf

Elmer H. Holzkopf Age 76. Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, Friday, May 2, 2008 at the Morris Healthcare and Rehab Center. Born on July 28, 1931 in Hinsdale to the late Elmer and Ella (nee Ganschaw) Holzkopf. A resident of Morris the past three years, he previously resided in Downers Grove. A U.S. Army veteran. He worked for the city of Naperville for over fourteen years, and Armour Chemical for over twenty. Elmer is survived by his loving wife, Sharon (nee Ransford) Holzkopf; his children, Gary (Diane) Holzkopf, Jodi (Jeff) Kasper, Steve (Sue) Holzkopf, and Rob (Donna) Holzkopf; grandchildren Matt, Jim, Kristen, Shannon, Willie, Katie, Darren and Alyse; great grandchildren Kallysta and Gavin; and brother Erwin (Betty) Holzkopf.
