My wife and I were new to the neighborhood about five years ago. Ned stopped by our new home one day shortly after we moved in and introduced himself. Ned and I quickly become friends, and always spoke to one another whenever we would meet. His dry sense of humor and his "tell it like it is" attitude always made me laugh. I enjoyed our little chats and I will miss him.
Our condolences to Lynn and family.

Ned was a great attorney and a good chief judge. In the many years that I knew him, he always served the community in the best way possible. We, in the legal community, will surely miss him. Prayers to his family.
