Evelyn J. Dzak, age 96, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024 under hospice care at Alden Estates in Shorewood. She was born in Joliet on January 21, 1927 to the late John and Caroline (nee Fornero) Bohr, and was a lifelong area resident.
