My condolences to Sharon and the Kerr family. Rod and I worked together for many years. Sharing holidays and working around the clock makes for coworkers that become extended family. At some point Rod decided his name for me was Aunt Judie. May you rest in peace my imaginary nephew. May God Bless.

Sharon and family, so sorry for your loss of Rod. I worked with "Rocket" at Akzo Nobel for many years and always considered him a great coworker. Again very sorry for your loss as gone far too soon.

First two operators i met at the plant were Rod and his brother in law scoop (glen). Im glad i was able to work with him for 2 years before he retired. He made such an impact on the plant, that still some sayings and mannerisms are repeated daily even after his retirement. I am still in shock, my condolences are with his family and friends who are going through this tough time. Rest in Peace Rod.

I first met Rod when I became Union President at my plant and attended a Union Conference that he was also attending. We quickly became friends and always looked for each other at any Union function. Then in 2006, I was hired by the Internationale and became his Representative until he retired a few years ago. He was and always will be my friend. Until we meet again Brother!

It was my first year playing Fastpitch baseball and we were over watching Kyle play. His dad was telling us he could pitch it, hit it and catch it. He had so much pride in his kids. Lucky to have him
