Edith Jackinoski
(nee Kump)
Age 79. Passed away Thursday, March 26, 2009 at Provena Villa Franciscan, after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease.
Edith was a loving mother to her only daughter, Linda. She enjoyed knitting and spending time with her granddaughter, Sophia. Employed for many years by Seron Manufacturing, and supported her late husband in his auto repair business.
Survived by her daughter, Linda (Douglas) Hakey of Essex; one granddaughter, Sophia; two sisters, Theresa (Bert) Adams and Betty (late Martin) Lousher; one brother, Arnold (Irma) Kump, Sr.; one sister-in-law, Betty Kump; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded by her beloved husband, Leonard Jackinoski (1989); one sister, Alma (Thomas) Polyak; and one brother, Alfred Kump.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Provena Villa Franciscan for their wonderful care and loving attention.
Funeral services for Edith Jackinoski will be Sunday, March 29, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Inurnment will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, from 2-4 p.m. at:
